Casa Las Brisas

The location and design of “Casa Las Brisas” were chosen to provide a uniquely private, relaxing and comfortable alternative to the typical tourist destinations in Mexico.

This palm-covered beach-front property is located in the small community of Brisas del Mar, approximately one hour south of the Zihuatanejo Ixtapa International Airport (click here for map). The home is centered on a 3+ mile long beach where it would be considered “crowded” to find more than 20 people at any time.

This part of Mexico is a lush agricultural area with plantations of coconuts, bananas, mangos, and papayas. The neighboring towns of Papanoa (approx. pop. 5,000) and San Luís (approx. pop. 20,000) are within 15 minutes driving time and can provide all daily necessities such as food, clothing, gasoline, and just about anything else that you may require. Pharmacies along with dental and medical facilities are also available in these towns.

The home has 4 bedrooms, all with a king-size bed and a twin bed, walk-in closets, spacious en-suite bathrooms, and air conditioning.

The first floor consists of 2 bedrooms, an additional half bathroom, living room with satellite TV and stereo, dining room, and a large, fully equipped kitchen.

The second floor features two bedrooms, an entertainment area with TV, stereo, and a large game room with a cantina, pool table, and various table top games. Both the downstairs patio and the upper balcony face the ocean and provide views of the beach through the palm trees as well as spectacular sunsets.

Each bedroom has a key-lock entry and a private security box. Nightly on-site security is provided.

There is an outside shower for rinsing off sand and saltwater or simply cooling off upon returning from the beach.
